I am excited to offer an official, state-issued matching pair of ‘BITCOIN’ license plates from the State of Ohio, USA.
Vanity car tags are quintessential automobile nostalgia. They broadcast who we are and what truths we value. These are official Ohio plates we proudly displayed on our car from 2012-2014.
I would still have these on my car if it were not for my wife who, brilliantly concluded sometime in 2014, that we were putting our family in danger by waving our ‘BITCOIN’ tags through the streets. The reality hadn’t yet hit me that we could easily be profiled, tracked and “wrench-attacked” for this particular pair of vanity plates.
As early as 2010-2011, Bitcoiners around the globe began registering ‘BITCOIN’, ‘SATOSHI’ and other permeations for their auto tags. With only 50 US states issuing tags, this matching pair of Ohio ‘BITCOIN’ plates not only look amazing, but are very rare.
