In Away from the Flock and Out of Sight, Out of Mind, Damien Hirst presented sheep as preserved specimens—lifeless, isolated, suspended in formaldehyde. The black sheep, whether intentional or defaced, became a symbol of exclusion, deviance, and death. A body held in stasis. A metaphor sealed in glass.
Liquid + Lotto Black Sheep picks up the thread—then agitates the stillness.
The Liquid + Lotto Black Sheep Project uniquely merges blockchain-based Bitcoin mining hardware with conceptual art, transforming decentralized miners into visually compelling sculptural installations. A limited edition of 3 — each installation prominently features conceptualized Bitcoin mining equipment individually immersed in dielectric immersion cooling fluid.
