FAIR USE is a dense three colour, hand pulled screen print. The third colour is a pigment ink, almost imperceptible in natural light but reactive to ultra violet light that outlines the fair use law. The work is numbered and signed in UV ink. Embossed maker's mark and the DANK NEMESIS trifecta of power and delight.

Fair use refers to the the legal principle that allows limited use of copyrighted material without permission for purposes such as commentary, criticism, parody, or transformative works.

Whilst the screen print is a 1 of 50 edition. This first edition is partnered with a signed, hand embossed FAKEA label (the tag stays on) and laser kiss-cut "unregistered" authentication mark on the reverse of the frame. The work is float mounted within the frame under exhibition glass.

As well as the physical artwork, a 1/7 FAKEA animated piece is part of the sale. First issued in March 2022 ahead of Skife's FakeRare "RUGGED ROTHKO", none of these 1/7 editions have yet to been listed or sold on the secondary market.
