Buyers may purchase full-coverage shipping insurance for an additional 2.5% of the item price. Insurance protects against the item being lost or damaged in transit.

• the cost of professional repair if the item can be restored,
• a replacement item if one can be created or obtained, or
• a full refund if neither repair nor replacement is possible.
If insurance is not purchased, the buyer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs during transit.
