Joe Looney is one of the first rare pepe scientists and the creator of Rare Pepe Wallet. He’s primarily known for his contributions as a scientist and developer in the Rare Pepe movement, however Joe also created several certified rare pepes of his own.

Included in this lot is Joe's 1/50 issuance ZEROWINGPEPE that pays homage to the early internet meme “all your base are belong to us.” This is one of only two sub-100 issuance rare pepes Joe created and is being offered here from his personal collection.
