this uncommon 14k gold egg by jeremy fall (@jeremyfall) is an ode to his culinary career, having built his name around breakfast for dinner. fall has always been a part of pushing culture forward and took early interest in ordinals due to bitcoin’s historical status as digital gold.

he decided to marry his passions for both food and web3 by taking his ethereum-based golden egg club collection and recreating them into gold pixelated eggs that feel like they’ve been around forever. the 14k gold name represents a “lo-fi” egg juxtaposed with the 18k and 24k equivalents that are a part of the ethereum collection. the scribbles and hand-drawn elements are part of jeremy’s signature and it was important for him to create this art piece on his phone as opposed to his ipad to make it feel like it was done during a time where artists had less access to sharper technology.
